Job Title: Patient Operations Coordinator (Preferably CMA/RMA) 

Hours: Part-Time with potential to grow Full-Time

About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Patient Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to keeping our clinic running smoothly, supporting patients, and helping create an uplifting, healing experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

This Role Includes:

• Greet patients with warmth and create a welcoming environment

• Schedule appointments and manage patient care plans 

• Manage incoming emails and correspondence between patients and the care team, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up

• Assist doctor or patient, as needed during visits (i.e vitals, preparing patients for examination, and assisting in checking out patients)

• Help with clinic organization, flow, and office operations

• Assist with digital tasks such as updating patient accounts, sending reminders, and supporting clinic content. 

• Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including supplements and office supplies; place orders as needed to ensure stock levels are maintained.

• Support clinic events, workshops, and community outreach

• Help capture photos, videos, and patient testimonials for social media

Preferred but not mandatory: Able to draw patient’s blood for labs.

Most important qualification: 

• You must be someone who is warm, approachable, professional, reliable, and willing to make patients feel cared for. You must value health freedom, holistic living, and open to natural approaches to wellness. 

Must be:

• Able to work in person

• Detail-oriented + organized, able to keep track of schedules and care plans 

• Someone who loves to be supportive + collaborate 

• Tech-savvy + confident with Canva, Electronic records, Instagram and other digital tools 

Position Details:

• Part-Time, averaging 10–20 hours per week with potential to grow into full-time. No weekends and no major holidays (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years)

• In-Person Position

• Preferred CMA or RMA certification and current CPR. 

• Pay: Starting Wage $18+ per hour
